I’m based in the Yarty Valley near Axminster and run a few small ventures, including Yarty Valet and Yarty Tech. That gives me a close-up view of the day-to-day work behind a small business: replying to customers, preparing quotes, keeping information organised and finding time for everything else.

AI is useful when it helps with a real task and fits the way a business already works. It is not useful when it adds another system to manage or makes important decisions without the right checks.

So we begin with one workflow. We look at the tools you use, agree where a person should review the work, and decide how to tell whether the change helped. If a pilot makes sense, I’ll describe the work and agree a fixed price before it starts.
